Situated within the ever-majestic The Apurva Kempinski Bali in Nusa Dua, Koral Restaurant offers the island’s first underwater dining experience, providing a multi-sensory culinary journey. Led by Michelin-starred Executive Chef Jean-Baptiste Natali, the restaurant has quickly become a favourite among discerning travellers and local food enthusiasts since its opening in 2019.

As you descend the stairs, the vibrant marine life immediately captures your attention. Inside the restaurant, warm teak ceilings and walls made of traditional red clay bricks frame breathtaking underwater views. The elegant black and white tegel tiles on the floor enhance the sense of historic grandeur. Within the expansive aquarium, tropical fish swim in a kaleidoscope of colours, creating a mesmerising backdrop of your dining experience.

At Koral Restaurant, diners can enjoy sophisticated dishes inspired by the flavours of Indonesia’s coastal regions, all made from locally sourced ingredients. The culinary team has curated a range of set menus, including the six-course Koral Zen degustation menu, the four-course Koral Experience and the five-course Koral Gourmet menus. Diners can personalise their experience with premium ingredients and chef’s specialities, ensuring a selection of seafood, meat, vegetarian and vegan options to suit every palate.

In addition to its relaxed dining, Koral Restaurant offers an appealing selection of artisanal drinks from the bar and cocktail cart. Guests are encouraged to share their preferred flavours with the skilled mixologist, who will create bespoke cocktails right at their tables.
